Complete Contact Information
Description
Before you can complete the Local Property Value Survey (LPVS), you must complete the Contact Information section. The superintendent contact is responsible for reviewing and submitting the LPVS to TEA, and all correspondence related to the LPVS is sent to the email address entered here. If you enter an optional Program Contact, that person also receives all email correspondence. It is recommended, but not required, that you provide a secondary contact.
Complete the Contact Information
- Click Contact Information on the Local Property Value Survey home page.
- Enter the name, email, and phone number of the Superintendent.
- Optionally, enter the name, email, and phone number of the Program contact.
- Click Save.
Note: When you click Save, the contact information is updated on all Local Property Value Survey pages for the district.
