Coming Soon: The Consolidated Accountability File (CAF)
The CAF used in accountability is shared with districts from Cambium in the Test Information Distribution Engine (TIDE).  Performance Reporting will provide any available update on the specific date as soon as we know from the vendor.

Assessment Scoring and Reporting

Spring 2023 Administrations  

• Constructed response scoring guides for the spring 2023 State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR®) administration are now available. Scoring guides can be found on the content-area pages linked on the STAAR Resources webpage.  

• Statewide item analysis reports for the spring 2023 STAAR, STAAR Alternate 2, and the Texas English Language Proficiency Assessment System (TELPAS) administrations are now available from the Student Assessment Division webpage. These reports show the item number, the reporting category measured by the item, and the percentage of students selecting each possible answer for that item. 

• Starting on August 30, 2023, districts that did not opt out will receive printed confidential student labels, and districts that opted in will receive printed copies of Student Report Cards for the spring 2023 STAAR administration.   

Annual System Rollover 
All online systems for the Texas Assessment Program are now available.  Superintendent and district testing coordinator roles in the Test Information Distribution Engine (TIDE) have been updated to match those listed in AskTED. All users with an existing account must create a new password when logging in to TIDE for the first time this school year. Users with a new role must have their role updated to ensure that they have appropriate access to the system functionality needed for their assigned role. Refer to the TIDE User Guide for more information about logging in to the system for the first time and creating or editing user accounts. 

District and Campus Coordinator Resources  
The District and Campus Coordinator Resources for the 2023–2024 school year are now available. A few sections continue to be under construction, and districts will be notified in upcoming communications when these additional sections are made available.
