2023 Campus 3-12 Enrolment List now available
District domain and overall ratings are changing to a proportionality method to improve the alignment of district overall ratings with campus overall ratings. This is based on the number of students enrolled in grades 3-12 at each campus receiving domain grades. District enrollments were set in October 2022. This list is posted on the 2023 Accountability Rating System page.
We are Hiring!
The Performance Reporting division is hiring a Policy and Communications Director to engage and collaborate with stakeholders on state and federal accountability systems. The Director will support the continuous improvement of the state accountability system, oversee special projects that develop and evaluate potential revisions or additions to the system, and review and interpret policy related to the state and federal academic accountability rating and reporting systems. The leadership of this individual will directly contribute to the academic achievement of over 1,200 districts and 5.5 million Texas students. We are looking for a leader who is a highly effective communicator and collaborator who can drive results. The application is available
here; applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
CCMR Verifier
The College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) Verifier will be available in the TEA Login (TEAL) Accountability application from Thursday, May 24 to June 21. The CCMR Verifier provides districts an opportunity to verify the accuracy of their CCMR data and, if needed, submit official documentation to correct data. CCMR indicators determined by TSDS PEIMS submissions are not eligible for corrections, and therefore, will not be shown. The CCMR Verifier will contain data for 2021-22 annual graduates and non-graduating 12th graders.
Pairing
The pairing window closed May 5, 2023. Those that missed the window were paired with the same campus as last year. If you have questions about your pair, or need to make a change, please contact performance.reporting@TEA.Texas.gov.

Spring 2023 STAAR Administration
Early Student Results
Early student results for the spring 2023 State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR®) administration will be available in the Central Reporting System (CRS) for district testing coordinators beginning May 22, 2023. An early data file will be posted to the district coordinator’s secure inbox in the Test Information Distribution Engine (TIDE) on this same date. Early student results from this administration will be available in CRS for other authorized users, including teachers with rosters, beginning May 25. District personnel can use these early results to review students’ performance for making local decisions. These early results are for student-level information not district or campus accountability reporting.
Data Corrections
The data correction window for STAAR end-of-course (EOC) assessments is May 23–30. Districts must resolve student information and test discrepancies and may submit score code changes during this window. Changes submitted during the data correction window will be reflected in the final assessment reports for accountability to be provided on August 8 for STAAR EOC assessments. Any updates made after the data correction window will be included in scheduled updates but will not be reflected in final assessment reports for accountability.
Returning Paper Test Materials
As a reminder, the deadline for districts to ship all paper test materials to Pearson for the spring 2023 STAAR administration is May 26, 2023. All materials should be returned in the same boxes in which they were received using the return labels included in the shipment. Refer to the District and Campus Coordinator Resources for instructions on preparing materials for return.
JUNE 2023 STAAR ADMINISTRATION
Extension of OOS and OOD Examinee Registration
The timeline for out-of-school (OOS) and out-of-district (OOD) examinees to register for the June STAAR administration has been extended until May 26, 2023. Districts must register OOS and OOD examinees between May 15 and May 26. Refer to the Texas Assessment website Other Testing Resources for the STAAR OOS and OOD Examinee Registration Form.
System Checks
District technology staff can begin performing system checks on testing devices for the June 2023 STAAR administration beginning May 22. Any updates or patches applied to operating systems or software necessary for online testing require additional system checks. Technology changes, including the application of software patches, should not be made during a test administration. District coordinators and technology staff should use the available resources and complete the tasks listed on the System Checks page in the District and Campus Coordinator Resources.
