Updating the CDN and School Year in a Module

Description

Once you enter a program module,  the County District Number (CDN) and  school year fields appear in the upper right portion of the heading. Your CDN is automatically displayed in the box labeled District Number. A magnifying glass icon appears to the right of the box, which can be used to search for a particular CDN, or to browse through CDNs alphabetically. A School Year box appears to the right of the magnifying glass that contains a drop-down list of school years. Notice the button labeled Update on the far right; this is used to update any changes made to the CDN or school year.

Entering CDN and School Year

  1. Change the CDN by entering the value in the District Number field, or by clicking the magnifying glass icon to search for a district.

  2. Change the school year by choosing a year from the drop-down list in the School Year field.

  3. You must click the Update button located to the right of the School Year field for the program to update with these changes.
